In collaboration with AMERICORPS and Equal Heart Dallas, SRA Ministries will present a very interesting Summer Experience for their students!

Become a Volunteer Site Coordinator for a Special Summer Program!
The Educational Site Coordinator for the ESL Program of SRA Ministries will be a dedicated, responsible, and enthusiastic professional to work part-time between the days of mid-May and end of July. This is an exciting opportunity to learn how to manage and supervise team members, recruits summer participants, implement marketing strategies to promote the summer program, and manage social media to keep the energy running and people interested! This role opportunity could possibly turn into something long term based on performance and grants awaiting.
The Summer Program Site Coordinator will have the ability to work in a hybrid situation with some time in site, others in office, and some times even at home as approved by SRA Ministries management.
Responsibilities

Responsible for managing logistical aspects of assigned programs in an independent, timely, accurate and effective manner.

Supervise the effective development of the operations for the assigned ESL Program Site by coordinating online meetings, managing site staff, and maintaining records and files with students, and SRA Ministries Leadership Team.

Coordinate the acquisition, production, inventory, delivery, and ongoing management of course materials with instructors and vendors utilizing various databases and tools.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students to the ESL programs.

Assist with recruitment process and outreach efforts, the application process, collecting the registration fees, and distributing the schoolbooks.

Coordinate unique program features such as, social events, tours, and end of summer celebration, when possible.

Connect online to visit the online classes as well to ensure student attendance and teacher compliance of delivering of instruction.

Create a positive rapport with all students, SRA Ministries Leadership, and community stakeholders.

Perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Must be 19 years of age by the time of the contract as a minimum; prefer if you have some college years.

Be able to travel from home to the Summer Program Site and to other locations as well.

Must have intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (able to create, edit, produce, administrative and educational tools using Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).

This is a part time volunteer experience from Monday to Friday starting on the 23rd of May and ending on the 29th of July. The schedule will be flexible and can be negotiated with the SRAM Summer Management team.
Location
Most of the Summer Program will be located at: 4144 N Central Expy, Dallas, TX 75204, USA. There will be opportunities for completing tasks from home as well.

Be at least 17 years of age by the time the Summer Program begins.

Be able to transport from home to the site of the Summer Program.
